'page_content' => '<p>Komitmen terhadap keberlanjutan membantu perumusan strategi masa depan Adaro Minerals Indonesia. Sebagai bagian dari Grup Adaro, Nilai-nilai Adaro yaitu <em>integrity</em>, <em>meritocracy</em>, <em>openness</em>, <em>respect</em>, dan <em>excellence </em>(IMORE) merupakan panduan perilaku di tempat kerja. Walaupun semua nilai tersebut penting, namun kami menekankan pada <em>integrity </em>sebagai landasan perilaku.</p>
<p>Adaro Minerals Indonesia juga mengikuti strategi dan rencana keberlanjutan serta inisiatif ramah lingkungan Grup Adaro, seperti menerapkan program “Adaro Zero Accident Mindset” (AZAM) untuk menanamkan budaya keselamatan di antara pekerja, melaksanakan program pengembangan masyarakat “Adaro Nyalakan Perubahan” menurut kebutuhan masyarakat, serta menerapkan Sistem Manajemen Energi (EnMS) Grup Adaro untuk mengendalikan konsumsi energi.</p>
<p>Kami senantiasa meningkatkan kinerja lingkungan, sosial, dan keselamatan (ESG) melalui kerjasama dengan perusahaan lain dalam Grup Adaro. Bersama Adaro Power, kami sedang membangun pembangkit listrik mini-hidro di lokasi tambang kami. Lebih lanjut, kegiatan pengelolaan lingkungan di PT Lahai Coal dan PT Maruwai Coal telah memenangkan Penghargaan Pratama untuk pengelolaan lingkungan hidup pertambangan mineral dan batu bara untuk pemegang PKP2B dan IUPK, yang merupakan pengakuan dari Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral.</p>
<p>Kesadaran untuk menyeimbangkan <em>purpose</em>, <em>profit</em>, <em>people</em>, dan <em>planet </em>dalam prinsip ESG sangat penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan. Kami ingin mewariskan perubahan positif dan melaksanakan program-program penting di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, pembangunan ekonomi.</p>

'page_content_eng' => '<p>Our commitment to sustainability helps to shape Adaro Minerals Indonesia’s strategies for the future. As part of the Adaro Group, the Adaro Values of integrity, meritocracy, openness, respect, and excellence (IMORE) act as the guiding principle of our behavior at the workplace. Although all values are important, we emphasize on integrity as the foundation to the way we act and do our business.</p>
<p>We also adhere to the Adaro Group’s sustainability and green initiatives, such as applying the “Adaro Zero Accident Mindset” (AZAM) program to instill the safety culture among all our workers, carrying out the Adaro Group’s “Adaro Ignites Change” programs for community development according to the community’s needs and requirements, and implementing the Adaro Group Energy Management System (EnMS) to control energy consumption.</p>
<p>We will continue to improve our performance in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) through working together with other companies in the Adaro Group. Together with Adaro Power, we are installing a mini-hydro power plant at our mining site. Furthermore, environmental management activities at PT Lahai Coal and PT Maruwai Coal have won the Pratama Award for environmental management of mineral and coal mining for coal contract of work and special mining license companies, a recognition from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.</p>
<p>The awareness that balancing the purpose, profit, people, and planet within the ESG principle is essential to ensure sustainability. We aspire to leave a legacy of positive changes and carry out key programs in education, health, economic development.</p>
